President - Debbie Peltz - Deborah.Peltz@willistowerswatson.com

Vice President - Dave Kleinman - davidskleinman@yahoo.com
Dave has lived in Twinsburg since 2002 with his wife and two daughters; volunteers on the Parks & Recreation Commission; participates in charity bike ride each year; and loves to travel, cook, read, ski, run, and bike; he enjoys woodworking and a good micro-brew.  One of his favorite things to do is trail-running, especially with his four-legged running partner Molly, and having Liberty Park, Old Hickory and Center Valley here is a boon. Dave joined The Friends of Twinsburg Parks to spread the word about our amazing assets and raise funds to add more to them.

Treasurer - Sue Vasiliauskas - vasili@roadrunner.com
Sue has been a resident of Twinsburg since 2005 with her husband, son and daughter. The many amenities, green space and amazing parks and recreation programs attracted them to the Twinsburg area. In their 14 years in Twinsburg, they have taken advantage of so many activities that the Parks and Rec department offers such as membership to the fitness center, swim lessons, Kiddie Park programs, Adult Egg Hunt, Rock the Park concerts, membership to the water park, Turkey Trot, community plays, Truck or Treat, Winter Wonderland and many other events. As a parks and recreation advocate, Sue decided to interview for the Parks and Rec Commission as a way to give back to the community and have been on the commission now for three years.  Sue feels fortunate to live in a community that treasures the parks and that provides so many programs and amenities to the residents.

Director - Rich Swerbinsky - richswerb@gmail.com
Rich moved to Twinsburg with his family in 2008, partly due to the fantastic Parks & Recreation programs offered by the city. Rich has been on the Twinsburg Baseball League board of directors for ten years, serving as President for the last four. Rich has coached Twinsburg's 13U travel baseball team for five years, loves to run, cook, play pickup basketball, and is a huge fan of all things Cleveland sports. By day, Rich is the Chief Operating Officer for The Mortgage Collaborative, a national cooperative network of small to mid-sized community mortgage lenders across America.

Director - Nora Suder-Riley - norasuder@gmail.com
Nora Suder-Riley has lived in Twinsburg since 2005 and has worked at RBC/Twinsburg High School as a science teacher since 1991.  She is married with 2 children who are students in the district. Nora has always enjoyed the outdoors visiting state and national parks during many spring and summer breaks with her family.  She is enthusiastic about being a part of the Friends of Twinsburg Parks to contribute to the Parks and Recreation’s vision and energy. A fun fact about Nora is that she knows how to ride a unicycle!

Director - JoAnn McFearin - jmcfearin@twinsburg.oh.us

JoAnn has been a resident of Twinsburg since 1993 and a member of the Twinsburg Fitness Center since it opened.  For her and her family, one of their favorite features of living in Twinsburg  is the Fitness Center,  all the classes and programs offered there along with Twinsburg's Parks and Trails.  You will find JoAnn rollerblading at Center Valley and walking/running/biking through our parks. As a city council member, JoAnn is a supporter of increasing the walk ability of our City and the on-going connectivity of our trails projects. As a realtor, JoAnn is also a huge ambassador of our Twinsburg Parks and Recreation programs, which are a great selling point when showing buyers Twinsburg.  JoAnn is excited about Friends of Twinsburg Parks and what can be accomplished together!

Director - Lisa Webb - lwebstar@windstream.net
Along with her family, Lisa has lived in Twinsburg for over 20 years. One of the things that attracted her to the area was the green space. She enjoys the many trails in and around Twinsburg, and can't wait for the further development of even more. Twinsburg is quite a gem, and the parks that we have are a bright spot on that gem.  Lisa teaches 4th grade in a neighboring district, frequents the restaurants and establishments around town, and loves to support her kids and husband in their many activities.
